Plans and limits
Repost21 has four plans — FREE, STARTER, PRO and AGENCY. Your plan defines which features you get and in what volume: how many posts you can publish, how many AI operations you can run, how many social networks you can connect and how many people you can add to your team. Subscription management lives in the “Plan” section of the app settings.
Four plans
| Plan | In short |
|---|---|
| FREE | Basic features to try the product — posts, AI generation, agents, inbox within the starter limits |
| STARTER | Everything in FREE, plus broadcasts and brand monitoring, with higher limits |
| PRO | Everything in STARTER, plus content autopilot, Client Review and Telegram Business |
| AGENCY | All PRO features with maximum limits — for teams and agencies that manage lots of clients |
What unlocks on which plans
Core features — content plan, AI generation, AI agents, inbox, analytics — are available on all plans within the limits. Some features turn on starting from a certain plan:
| Feature | Available from plan |
|---|---|
| Broadcasts — mass messages to subscribers in direct | STARTER |
| Brand monitoring — tracking mentions by keywords | STARTER |
| Content autopilot — autonomous scheduled posting | PRO |
| Client Review — public approval links for clients | PRO |
| Telegram Business — AI replies on behalf of your personal Telegram Premium account | PRO |
If a feature isn’t available on your plan, a banner with an offer to switch plans appears in the relevant section.
Which limits apply
| Limit | What it affects |
|---|---|
| Posts | How many publications you can make per month |
| AI operations | Agent runs and text generation |
| Images | AI image generation |
| Video seconds | Total duration of AI-generated video |
| Avatar seconds | Duration of video with a talking AI avatar |
| Channels | How many social networks you can connect |
| Agents | How many agents can be enabled at the same time |
| Team seats | How many members you can invite to your team |
The “Plan” section — usage for the month
Open “Settings” → “Plan”. The header shows your current plan, subscription status and the date of the next period renewal.
The “Usage for the month” block shows progress bars for each limit: posts, AI operations, images, video seconds, avatar seconds, RSS autoposting. A separate line shows how many social networks are connected out of those available on your plan. When usage approaches a limit, the bar turns yellow, and red when it’s used up, so you’ll never suddenly “hit the ceiling” by surprise.
How to change your plan
- Open “Settings” → “Plan”.
- In the “Change plan” block there are four cards describing the features of each plan. The current one is marked as “Active”.
- Click “Upgrade” (to move up) or “Switch” on the plan you need.
A plan change applies immediately — limits and features update with no waiting.
Canceling and resuming a subscription
- Cancel — at the bottom of the “Plan” page, click cancel subscription and confirm in the window that opens. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Resume — if the subscription is canceled but the period hasn’t ended yet, a banner with a “Resume” button appears on the page. One click and the cancellation is undone, everything keeps working as before.
