Getting started
Repost21 is an AI platform for SMM. It takes the routine work off a blogger, an SMM manager or an agency: it writes and publishes posts to several social networks at once, replies to clients in direct messages and gathers analytics. This page will help you create an account and take your first steps.
What Repost21 can do
| Area | What you get |
|---|---|
| Auto-posting | Publishing and scheduling posts to 10 social networks — Telegram, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, TikTok, Reddit. The text adapts to each platform |
| AI agents | Virtual employees: the content agent writes posts, the inbox agent replies to clients. You pick the agent’s “brain” yourself — Claude, GPT, Gemini or DeepSeek (Fast / Balanced / Powerful) |
| Unified “Inbox” | All conversations from Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and web chat in a single window — the AI replies on its own, an operator steps in when needed |
| Automation | Trigger funnels, broadcasts and message sequences — reacting to comments, keywords and other events without your involvement |
The plans are FREE, STARTER, PRO and AGENCY. The set of features and the limits depend on the plan; check the current terms in the Plan section inside the app.
Signing up
You can create an account in three ways:
- Email and password — classic registration;
- Sign in with Google;
- Sign in with Apple.
The interface language is detected automatically from your browser’s language — Russian, English, Uzbek and Spanish are supported. You can change it at any time: Settings → Appearance → Language.
First steps — an 8-step checklist
After you log in, Repost21 offers a short setup checklist. Steps are marked complete automatically based on real actions — you don’t need to tick anything off by hand. Clicking a step takes you straight to the right screen.
| # | Step | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Chat with the AI chat | Open the home screen and ask Luna — the AI assistant — about anything. She can not only answer but also act: create a post, an agent, a funnel |
| 2 | Connect a social network | Link Instagram, Telegram, X or another channel — see Connections |
| 3 | Create an AI agent | Pick a role from ready-made templates — support, sales or content — see AI agents |
| 4 | Link a social network to the agent | Specify which channels the agent works in — without a link it won’t see the messages |
| 5 | Chat with a client | Get your first message and check how the AI replies in the Inbox |
| 6 | Create or schedule a post | The AI will write the text and adapt it for each network — see Posts |
| 7 | Create a trigger | Build your first auto-funnel on an event in the “Automation” section |
| 8 | Enable 2FA | Protect your account with two-factor authentication — Settings → Security |
Where the checklist lives
The checklist is available from three places — it doesn’t get lost and isn’t forced on you:
- The “Where to start” pill in the header — shows your progress (for example, “3/8”); clicking it opens the list of steps;
- The “Welcome” card on the Dashboard — the same steps in expanded form; the card can be collapsed, and the pill will stay;
- The ”?” menu in the header — the “Where to start” item brings the checklist back at any time, even if you hid it.
Once all the steps are done, the checklist disappears on its own and no longer distracts you.
Tour of the interface
If you want to look around quickly, launch the interface tour: the “Tour” button is in the checklist and in the ”?” menu. The tour highlights the app’s key zones step by step:
- the side menu — AI chat, agents, content, automation, analytics, settings;
- the quick-create button — a post, an agent, a broadcast or a funnel in one click from anywhere;
- the ”?” help menu and the floating AI assistant available on every page.
Navigation is done with the “Next” / “Back” buttons, the keyboard arrows or Esc to exit.
Where to go next
- Connections — how to link social networks and messengers;
- AI agents — roles, templates and configuring the “brain”;
- Posts — content plan, composer and scheduling;
- Inbox — the unified inbox and AI replies to clients.
