Interface

Repost21 is built around two ways of working: classic sections in the sidebar and the AI assistant Luna, who does the same things via a text command. This page is a map of the interface: what lives where and how to move around quickly.

Sidebar — a map of sections

On the left is the main navigation. At the top are three items: AI chat (the home screen with Luna), Dashboard (an overview with metrics and upcoming publications) and Notifications. Below are the sections:

Handy little things:

• The sidebar collapses into a narrow strip with icons — the ‹ handle on its right edge. Your choice is remembered.
• Under the “My agents” item, a live list of your agents expands — a click takes you straight to the settings of a specific agent.
• On “Inbox” and “Notifications” a badge with the number of unread items lights up.

In the top bar are breadcrumbs (where you are right now), the first-steps progress pill, the “Create” button, the theme switcher, the help menu ”?” and the notifications bell. Through the ”?” menu you can access the setup checklist, the interface tour and the knowledge base.

AI assistant Luna

Luna is an assistant who knows the whole product and performs actions herself: you don’t need to explain where each button is, it’s enough to write what you need.

The home screen. The “AI chat” section is a full-screen chat with Luna, the app’s first screen.

On any page. Everywhere in the app, at the bottom right, there’s an “Ask AI” button — it opens a floating chat window. Luna sees which page you’re on and answers in context: the question “where do I start here?” on the flows page will be about flows.

What Luna can do

• Create a post right in the chat — she offers several text options, and right there with buttons you can publish now or pick a slot in the schedule, without leaving the chat.
• Create an AI agent — she’ll pick a template for the task or build an agent from your description.
• Connect a social network — she’ll send a connect button right into the chat (for Telegram — a form for the bot token).
• Add a competitor to tracking and turn on the analysis of their content.
• Build a flow from a description — “when someone writes WANT under a Reel, send the guide to their DMs” turns into a ready scheme in the builder.
• Create a knowledge base and link it to an agent, set up auto-posting from RSS.
• Answer product questions — plans, features, “how to do X”.

Instead of long answers, Luna often uses interactive cards: answer-option buttons, schedule slots, plan checklists, agent toggles — most tasks are solved with clicks right in the chat.

🚀 Scenario templates

In an empty chat, Luna shows hint chips with popular scenarios. The full catalog of ready scenarios (auto-posting, a FAQ bot, competitor analysis, broadcasts, content for a specific social network and others) opens from the chat — pick a card, and Luna will follow a ready plan, asking only the necessary clarifications.

Voice input

There’s a microphone in the input field: dictate the task — the recording will be recognized and sent as a normal message. It works both in Luna’s chat and in the post composer.

Note

The history of chats with Luna is stored in your browser. On the home screen you can run several conversations — the “History” and “New chat” buttons are at the top of the chat area.

Quick search — Ctrl/Cmd+K

Press Ctrl+K (Windows) or Cmd+K (Mac) — a quick-jump palette opens: app pages, your agents and quick actions. Start typing, choose with the arrows, Enter — and you’re there. The same palette opens from the “Search” line in the sidebar under the logo.

Themes and accent color

• Theme — dark (by default) or light. The “sun/moon” switcher in the top bar, or Settings → Appearance.
• Accent color — 6 options: violet, blue, emerald, rose, amber, teal. It’s chosen in Settings → Appearance and recolors buttons, highlights and Luna’s widget.

Interface language

The interface is available in 4 languages: Russian (by default), English, Uzbek (Latin script) and Spanish.

Switching: Settings → Appearance — a picker with flags. On your first visit the language is matched to your browser language; your choice is remembered on the device.

Tip

The interface language doesn’t affect the language of AI content. The language in which agents write posts and reply to clients is set separately: the brand’s content language, the language of a specific post and the dialogue language in the Inbox. More in AI content and Inbox.

Notifications

• The bell in the top bar — the unread badge and a dropdown list of recent events.
• The “Notifications” page (an item in the sidebar) — a full feed with filters by type and a “Mark all as read” button.
• Product events arrive here: brand mentions from Monitoring, problems with social network connections, team and review events.

First steps

For a new account, a progress pill hangs in the top bar — a checklist of basic setup (connect a social network, create an agent, your first post, etc.) with jumps straight to the right screen. The interface tour also launches there — a short highlight of the main elements. It’s worth starting with connecting your social networks.
