Content autopilot
The content autopilot is an AI agent that runs your social media on its own: on a schedule it picks a topic, writes a post, optionally adds an image, and either publishes it or sends it for approval. You set up rubrics and a schedule once — after that the autopilot works without your involvement. Available on the PRO and AGENCY plans.
How to turn on the autopilot
- Open AI agents and install the “Content autopilot” agent from the marketplace (the “Advanced” category).
- On the agent’s page, go to the autopilot plan settings.
- Fill in the rubrics and schedule, link your social accounts — and enable the plan with the toggle in the header.
Rubrics — what to write about
A rubric is a topic with an instruction for the AI: for example “Tips”, “Behind the scenes”, “Promos”. Each rubric has:
- A name and a prompt — what to write in this rubric and how.
- Examples — optional sample posts the agent will use as a reference.
- Weight — how often the rubric comes up. The higher the weight relative to the others, the more often the autopilot picks it for the next post.
So you don’t have to start from scratch, there are 5 ready-made presets by niche: Café, Barbershop, Fitness, IT blog, and Universal — each loads a set of rubrics in one click, and from there you tweak them to fit you.
Schedule
The “General” tab is where the basic parameters are set, and the “Schedule” tab is where you set the slot release mode.
| Parameter | What it does |
|---|---|
| Posts per day | how many publications the autopilot prepares daily |
| Time zone | the schedule is calculated in it, not in UTC |
| Day window | which hours posts go out in, by default 9:00–21:00 |
| Around the clock (24/7) | a checkbox that stretches the window to the whole day in one click |
There are three schedule modes:
| Mode | How it works |
|---|---|
| Fixed slots | you set the exact times yourself, for example 09:00 and 14:00 |
| Evenly across the window | the day window is split into equal steps — 4 posts in the 9–21 window will go out at 09:00, 13:00, 17:00, and 21:00 |
| Random within the hours | the window is split into intervals, each with a random minute (for example 09:23, 12:47, 15:08, 18:51) — the feed looks “alive”, not robotic |
Sources of inspiration
On the “Sources” tab you can add up to 10 feeds that the autopilot reads before each post — fresh material influences both the topic choice and the text itself (as inspiration, without verbatim quoting).
| Type | What to enter |
|---|---|
| RSS | a link to an RSS or Atom feed |
| Telegram channel | a public channel — @channel or a t.me/channel link |
| Web page | the page address; the autopilot takes the title and description |
If a knowledge base is linked to the agent, the autopilot also pulls facts about your brand from it — prices, services, details — and relies on them in the text.
Freshness and protection against repeats
- Generation happens shortly before publication. The text is written a few minutes before the post goes out, not a day ahead: the autopilot has time to take into account the freshest material from the sources.
- Protection against repeats. Before generating, the autopilot compares the new topic with your recent posts; a topic that’s too similar is skipped. The check window (30 days by default) is configured on the “Content” tab.
Auto-publish or approval
The “Content” tab has a release mode switch:
- For approval (default) — the finished post lands in the Content plan with the “Pending approval” status, and admins get a notification. The post will only go out after it’s approved.
- Auto-publish — the post is immediately scheduled to its slot and published without a human involved.
Linking social accounts
Where to post is determined in one of two ways:
- Linked accounts — if specific social accounts are linked in the agent’s settings, the autopilot publishes strictly to them.
- List of platforms — if there are no links, the platforms are chosen on the “Content” tab, and posts go to the first active account of each platform.
If you run several channels with different content (for example, two Telegram channels, “Café” and “Shop”) — duplicate the agent with the “Duplicate” button on the AI agents page, link the copy to a different account, and create a separate plan for it with its own rubrics. Each autopilot will post only to its own channel.
Images for posts
On the “Content” tab you can turn on image generation: the autopilot builds a prompt from the post text and generates an image in the style of your brand library. You can choose the generation model and the aspect ratio (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 16:9, 3:4).
Post language and tone
The language and tone are set on the “Content” tab and apply to all of the autopilot’s posts — both to the topic choice and to the text. The post language doesn’t depend on the interface language: you can work in a Russian interface and post, for example, in Uzbek. The agent’s “brain” (Claude / GPT / Gemini / DeepSeek) is chosen in the settings of the agent itself — see AI agents.
Test post
The “Test post now” button in the page header runs a single pass immediately — the plan doesn’t even have to be enabled, configured rubrics are enough. In a minute or so, the result status and a link to the Content plan will appear, where you can view the finished post.
Slot calendar
The “Calendar” tab shows the upcoming scheduled slots. Each slot has two buttons:
- Skip — the slot is canceled, the post isn’t generated.
- Run now — the post is prepared immediately, without waiting for the slot’s time.
The schedule is built a couple of days ahead and updates automatically. If a slot didn’t go out on time (for example, posts were waiting for approval for a long time), it’s marked as skipped rather than published after the fact.
