Brand library
The brand library is your brand’s “visual memory.” You put logos, style samples, product photos, brand colors and the brand book into it — and AI relies on these materials when generating: images and videos come out in your signature style, and texts in your tone of voice. Without a library, generation gives an “abstract” result; with a library, a recognizable one.
You’ll find the section in the sidebar: “Brand library”. You can have several libraries (for example, one per client brand in an agency) — switch between them in the page header.
What’s stored in the library
Images — 8 categories of visual assets (JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF, SVG):
| Category | What to put there |
|---|---|
| Logo | PNG/SVG of the brand logo |
| Style | Mood boards, typography, overall look |
| Product | Photos of the product or service |
| Post example | Past publications in the desired style |
| Background | Backgrounds for banners |
| Face | Faces of the team or ambassadors |
| Palette | A swatch image of the brand colors |
| Font | A sample of the brand font |
Brand book — the 9th category for documents (PDF, Markdown, TXT). The guideline text is extracted automatically on upload and mixed into generation — AI “reads” your brand rules.
Style settings — right on the library page:
- Brand palette — a set of colors (large swatches, add via ”+” by picking a color or entering a HEX code).
- Brand style — a text description of the tone and visual manner that AI reads. For example: “minimalism, sandy tones, no people in the frame.”
How to upload materials
- Open “Brand library” and, if needed, create a library.
- Drag files into the upload zone or click “Add.”
- Choose a category for each file — the category determines how AI will use the asset.
- Filter assets with category chips (“All,” “Logo,” “Style,” etc.).
Per-file limits: images — up to 20 MB, brand book documents — up to 30 MB.
Automatic brand book parsing
Upload a PDF brand book — and AI will break it down into components itself. This is the fastest way to fill your library:
- Upload the PDF into the “Brand book” category. An “AI is reading…” badge will appear on the card — parsing usually takes 30–60 seconds.
- When the ”✨ Found” badge appears, click “View what was found.”
- The suggestions window will have two sections:
- Metadata — the extracted palette (color swatches) and the brand style description. The “Apply” / “Dismiss” buttons — what’s applied goes into the library settings.
- Visual elements — logos, font samples and style references found on the pages, with previews. For each, you can change the category and “Save” it as an asset — or dismiss it.
- You accept and dismiss each suggestion separately — nothing is saved without your confirmation.
If parsing finished with an error, the card will show an “error” badge and a re-analyze button. Markdown and TXT brand books are not parsed visually — their text is simply extracted and used in generation.
Where the library works
| Scenario | What the library does |
|---|---|
| Image generation | Assets go into the model as references, palette and style go into the prompt. The image comes out “in your style” |
| Video generation | The style description, palette and brand book text are mixed into the video prompt |
| Content agent texts | If a library is connected to an agent — the brand style and guidelines are taken into account when writing posts |
| Autopilot | Autonomous posts and their images are generated with the brand in mind |
| AI avatar | A photo from the “Face” category can be turned into your own talking AI avatar — see media generation |
When generating an image, the window lets you choose the library and the asset categories that will serve as references. The text of all the library’s brand books is mixed into generation automatically.
Linking to an agent and selecting in the composer
- Agent. In the agent editor, the “Brand” tab — connect a library, and the agent will follow your style in all generations. An agent can have both a knowledge base (what to write) and a brand library (how it should look) at the same time.
- Composer. On the post creation page (“Content” → “New post”), the selected brand library applies to all AI generations for that post — the choice is remembered between sessions.
Team access
Organization administrators can create, edit and delete libraries. Members with the “Editor” role and above can upload and edit assets and accept brand book suggestions. More about roles in the Team section.
